Excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer to join one of Ireland’s leading residential developers on a major new housing development in Co. Kildare.
This is a major, long term residential project comprising a mix of houses, duplex style units and all the associated infrastructure, with extensive groundworks, drainage, utilities, roads, public realm and landscaped open spaces.
The business has a long standing housebuilding heritage and continues to invest heavily in sustainability and new approaches to residential construction, given you an opportunity to gain exposure to modern construction methods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out accurate setting out of house plots, foundations, floor slabs, blockwork, services, drainage, roads and associated civil works.
- Supervise and monitor groundworks, civil engineering and concrete works, ensuring construction is completed in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Carry out quality inspections and sign-offs at key stages including foundations, DPC and structural works prior to cover-up.
- Liaise closely with the Site Manager, design team, consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical queries and discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience working as a Site Engineer in Ireland.
- Strong setting out experience using Total Station, GPS and associated surveying equipment.
- Understanding of residential foundations, drainage, services, concrete and external works.
