The project consists of multiple multi-storey apartment blocks, houses as well as recreational spaces, cycle storage, and a crèche. This opportunity is ideal for any Site Engineer looking to progress up to the Senior level as this company will put structures in place to help progress your career.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct setting out and surveying duties to ensure accurate construction of residential units and infrastructure.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, including managing subcontractors and ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor site progress and report on any issues, proposing solutions to mitigate delays.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all site personnel.
Requirements:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a Site Engineer role with an Irish Main Contractor/Developer
- Experience working on a large scale residential/commercial project
- Proficiency in setting out using Total Station and GPS equipment.
