An excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer to join a growing Irish Civil Engineering Contractor on an exciting public infrastructure project in County Galway.
The project involves a diverse range of civil engineering works, including earthworks, groundworks, drainage, access routes, landscaping, structural elements and associated infrastructure improvements.
You'll gain valuable experience across site engineering, subcontractor coordination, quality assurance, health & safety, material procurement and programme delivery, working closely with an experienced site management team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out setting out, levelling and surveying across the project using Total Station, GPS and other surveying equipment.
- Oversee engineering activities across earthworks, drainage, access infrastructure, concrete works and associated civil engineering packages.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with construction drawings, specifications and relevant quality standards.
- Coordinate site activities with the Project Manager, Site Manager, subcontractors and wider project team.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience working as a Site Engineer in Ireland.
- Strong setting out and surveying experience, particularly using Total Station equipment.
- Previous experience across civils projects would be beneficial.
