You are seeking a Site Manager role in West Dublin / Kildare with a trusted Main Contractor who have years of work in the area.
This very professional company are well resourced, working on a well organised project giving you the opportunity to display your experience and push the project on with no barriers.
The project itself is a residential apartment development in West Dublin consisting of 200 units, with more projects beginning in the coming months in the area.

Site Manager Skills:
- You have 7+ years construction experience, preferably with a Main Contractor
- You have experience as a Site Manager / Foreman / Construction Manager, managing large crews on site.
- You have worked on large projects, preferably residential style or office builds.
- You have a Qualification in a construction related field or a strong Trades background
As Site Manager: Responsibilities will include:
- Managing Subcontractors, construction team and supplier
- Reporting to the Contracts Manager
- Ensure compliance with building regulations
- Meeting agreed programme targets
- Managing Health and Safety on site
- Excellent knowledge of Trades and background
The Package: An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of approx. €70,000 + package. Negotiable, depending on experience.
