A leading Cork based Main Contractor working on a €multi-million education project have a need for a Site Manager to oversee the project.
This highly regarded Irish Main Contractor are renowned throughout the construction industry as being a fantastic company to work for offering a great work-life balance and benefits.
The project itself is a 3 storey building consisting of sports facilities, classrooms, studios, landscaping, site services, roofing and lighting. A great project to work on.

Site Manager Skills:
- You have 7+ years construction experience, preferably with a Main Contractor
- You have experience as a Site Manager / Foreman / Construction Manager, managing large crews on site.
- You have worked on large commercial / residential / education projects
- You have a Qualification in a construction related field or a strong Trades background
As Site Manager: Responsibilities will include:
- Managing Subcontractors, construction team and supplier
- Reporting to the Contracts Manager
- Ensure compliance with building regulations
- Meeting agreed programme targets
- Managing Health and Safety on site
- Excellent knowledge of Trades and background
The Package: An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €80,000 - €85,000 + car, fuel card, bonus, pension, healthcare. Negotiable, depending on experience.
