The Company
This role is with a well-established Irish main contractor delivering technically complex pharmaceutical, medical device, industrial, and commercial projects across Leinster and the wider region.
The contractor is known for operating in live, regulated environments, delivering high-spec projects where quality, safety, and programme certainty are critical. Typical project values range from €15m to €100m , with a strong pipeline of repeat work from blue-chip clients.
Due to a major industrial / life sciences project commencing in Bray, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead site delivery from early stages through to completion.
The Role – Site Manager
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a live pharma / medical device / industrial site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the highest quality standards.
You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and work closely with the Project Manager, engineers, and client representatives in a highly regulated environment.

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a live pharma / medical device / industrial site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the highest quality standards.
You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and work closely with the Project Manager, engineers, and client representatives in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Full day-to-day management of site operations on a regulated industrial project.
- Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and site engineering teams.
- Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety, QA, and compliance procedures.
- Deliver works in line with programme milestones and quality requirements.
- Liaise with Project Manager, design teams, and client representatives.
- Manage site logistics, access control, and sequencing of works.
- Ensure documentation, inspections, and sign-offs are completed accurately.
- Lead daily briefings, toolbox talks, and coordination meetings.
- Proactively identify and resolve site issues to avoid programme delays.
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on pharma, medical device, industrial, or high-spec commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of working in regulated environments and cleanroom / controlled spaces.
- Trade background or third-level qualification in construction or engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and quality systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to drive programme, quality, and subcontractor performance.
- IT literate with experience using site management systems.
