As Site Manager:

- Managing Subcontractors, construction team and Suppliers,
- Excellent knowledge of Trades and background,
- Ensure compliance with building regulations
- Reporting to Contract Manager / Head of Construction.
- Managing Health and Safety on Site.
- Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, providing regular updates and addressing any potential delays or issues.
