A leading Civil Engineering Contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team on a major water and utilities infrastructure upgrade project in Co. Cavan.
This long-term programme offers the opportunity to take a key supervisory role across essential water network and utilities works, ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of critical regional infrastructure.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a site supervision role within civil engineering or utilities infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record delivering water or utilities works in Ireland.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and subcontractors.
- Full Irish driving licence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe, efficient and quality delivery.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and resource allocation to maintain workflow and meet programme demands.
- Monitor milestones and completion targets to ensure the project remains on schedule and within budget.
- Liaise with project management, client and stakeholders to provide progress updates and resolve issues proactively.
