Structural Lead / Senior Structural Engineer – Data Centre Construction | Finland

As Structural Lead, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of all structural works on this data centre construction project. Working closely with project leadership, design teams and client stakeholders, you’ll help ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.

This is a highly visible role on site, offering genuine influence over how the project is planned, coordinated and executed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all structural engineering and construction activities on site
• Support planning, sequencing and programme delivery for structural works
• Establish and maintain robust site controls, reporting systems and documentation
• Work closely with design teams and consultants to ensure constructability and alignment
• Monitor cost, labour and progress in line with project targets
• Drive a strong culture of health & safety, quality and performance
• Engage regularly with client representatives and senior stakeholders
• Chair and contribute to structural coordination and project review meetings
• Support quality assurance, inspections and close-out activities
• Contribute to project handover, including structural documentation and certification

Structural Lead / Senior Structural Engineer Requirements:

• Degree-qualified in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Proven experience delivering structural or CSA packages within a contracting environment
• Strong understanding of site-based structural construction methods
• Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining oversight of the wider project
• Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with clients and consultants
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
• Data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical or mission-critical project experience is advantageous

The Package:

• Competitive salary in the region of €100,000 – €120,000 (DOE)
