This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established Irish Civil Engineering Contractor as a Tender & Bid Engineer, supporting a strong and growing pipeline of infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
The role sits at the centre of the business’s tendering and bidding activity, working closely with Directors to identify opportunities, coordinate submissions and track outcomes.
This position would particularly suit a Site Engineer or Project Engineer looking to transition into an office based role, where your technical understanding of civil engineering projects can be leveraged in a more commercially focused environment. Full support and training will be provided to help make that transition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and monitor relevant tender and business opportunities across public and private sector clients.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of tenders, quotations, and framework applications.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all identified, submitted, won, and lost opportunities.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather technical, commercial, and programme information.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience working with an Irish Construction company
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
