Job title: Authorised Person – Data Centre / MV & HV

Package: €95,000 to €110,000 DOE + rotational European package
The Company
This international contractor delivers major turnkey data centre projects across Europe, covering M&E construction, electrical infrastructure, testing and commissioning.
They are looking for an experienced Authorised Person to join the electrical team on a large-scale data centre project in Skellefteå, Sweden.
The Role: Authorised Person
You will manage Electrical Safe Systems of Work, permit control and safe energisation activities across the project.
Working with site management, specialist contractors and commissioning teams, you will ensure MV/HV systems are safely controlled through testing, energisation and final handover.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced Authorised Person with strong MV/HV knowledge, electrical testing experience and a disciplined approach to switching, permit control and safe energisation.

Must Have Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience within an electrical contracting environment.
- Authorised Person or Appointed Person experience required.
- Strong MV/HV systems and switching experience.
- Electrical trade or Electrical/Building Services Engineering qualification.
- HV Switching Tickets required.
- Implement and maintain Electrical Safe Systems of Work.
- Issue and control permits for energised activities.
- Manage LOTO procedures and electrical safety documentation.
- Review switchgear distribution and controls before energisation.
- Coordinate specialist testing and commissioning contractors.
- Support SCADA, BMS and EMS integration through system handover.
