With multiple large scale mission critical projects live across Ireland and mainland Europe, they have built a reputation for technical excellence, programme certainty and high quality project delivery.
Their Dublin head office in Ballymount acts as a central hub for engineering, BIM and project coordination teams supporting hyperscale and enterprise data centre developments. With significant growth and over 500MW of IT load currently in delivery, the BIM team continues to expand.
The Role BIM Coordinator
As a BIM Coordinator based in Dublin you will play a key role in the coordination and delivery of complex MEP installations across large scale data centre projects. Working closely with the BIM Team Lead, design managers, package managers and site engineers, you will ensure that 3D coordination, clash detection and model integration support efficient construction and high quality outcomes.
This is a fully office based position, five days onsite, where you will contribute directly to programme certainty, installation accuracy and technical compliance across multiple live projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and resolve multidisciplinary clashes across mechanical and electrical systems
• Deliver 2D and 3D coordination milestones in line with the BIM Execution Plan
• Produce coordinated drawings, schedules and technical documentation
• Work closely with MEP package managers and site engineers to ensure buildability
• Attend coordination meetings and track model progress against programme
• Support junior BIM technicians and contribute to team development
• Ensure model accuracy aligns with project specifications and construction standards
• Maintain clear documentation and revision control across live projects
About You
• Degree qualified in Engineering, Building Services or similar
• Minimum four years experience working on large construction or data centre projects
• Strong Revit experience with a clear MEP bias
• AutoCAD knowledge preferred
• Navisworks experience for clash detection and model review
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Clear communicator who can work effectively with site and design teams
• Detail focused with a commitment to quality and coordination accuracy
