Job title: BMS Package Manager – Data Centre Construction
Location: Sines, Portugal
Company: International Data Centre Contractor
Package: €85,000 to €95,000 + overseas package
The Company
This International Data Centre Contractor delivers large scale data centre projects across Europe, covering design, construction, commissioning and handover.
They are now looking for an experienced BMS Package Manager to join a major project team in Sines, Portugal.
The Role: BMS Package Manager
You will manage the BMS and EPMS packages from installation through commissioning and final handover.
Working with the design team, commissioning team and specialist vendors, you will coordinate technical issues, testing, documentation and programme delivery.

About You
You will have a strong background in BMS, EPMS, controls or building automation with experience working through installation, commissioning and handover.
You should be technically strong, organised and comfortable coordinating specialist vendors on a major data centre project.

You will manage the BMS and EPMS packages from installation through commissioning and final handover.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have BMS or EPMS experience on large scale construction or data centre projects
- Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or Controls background required
- Strong commissioning and system integration experience required
- Must be confident managing specialist vendors
Key Responsibilities
- Manage BMS and EPMS installation and commissioning
- Chair BMS coordination workshops
- Review drawings, RFIs and technical submittals
- Coordinate vendors and resolve site issues
- Attend commissioning and client meetings
- Review Level 3 testing outputs
- Manage QA/QC sign off and commissioning documentation
About You
