The Role – BMS Package Manager
As BMS Package Manager, you will take ownership of the Building Management System and EPMS package on a major data centre project in Dublin. You will lead the coordination, installation, and commissioning process, ensuring systems are delivered in line with programme and client expectations.
This is a critical role within the project team, ensuring seamless integration of control systems and driving commissioning through to final handover.

The Role – BMS Package Manager
As BMS Package Manager, you will take ownership of the Building Management System and EPMS package on a major data centre project in Dublin. You will lead the coordination, installation, and commissioning process, ensuring systems are delivered in line with programme and client expectations.
This is a critical role within the project team, ensuring seamless integration of control systems and driving commissioning through to final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage BMS and EPMS package delivery from installation through commissioning
- Coordinate daily site activities and attend project and commissioning meetings
- Act as the primary contact for BMS vendors and specialist subcontractors
- Review technical drawings, RFIs and submittals, progressing design queries
- Ensure commissioning activities remain on programme through vendor coordination
- Oversee L3 testing, reviewing system performance and outputs
- Carry out QA and QC inspections prior to handover
- Manage commissioning documentation and upload to Cx platforms, tracking progress
- Liaise with client teams to ensure smooth system integration and handover
- Background in Electrical Engineering, Building Services or Controls Engineering
- Proven experience delivering BMS or EPMS systems on data centre or mission critical projects
- Strong understanding of commissioning processes and system integration
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience managing vendors and coordinating specialist subcontractors
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Detail focused with a commitment to quality and programme delivery
Salary: €80,000 to €95,000 DOE & package
