You are a strong Business Development Manager looking to spearhead commercial growth in the Munster and Connaught regions. This is a full-cycle role that involves managing client relationships, site visits, design input, and overseeing installation and handover of modular building solutions.

Business Development Manager Skills:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in business development, technical sales, or related field within construction, modular buildings, or engineering within the Irish or UK markets.
- Previous exposure to modular or portacabin-style structures is a strong advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and conduct accurate on-site assessments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel frequently across Munster and Connaught.
As a Business Development Manager:
- Identify new business opportunities in key sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, education, and residential.
- Nurture and grow existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Support and oversee the entire scope of works, from initial enquiry and site assessment through to design consultation, installation, and handover.
- Act as the main liaison between the client and technical teams, ensuring clear and accurate communication throughout.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of the modular product range, including prefabricated structures manufactured off-site.
- Conduct on-site measurements and contribute to the planning and layout of each solution based on customer requirements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic growth.
- Provide feedback on market needs to help shape product development and go-to-market strategies.
