You are an experienced Site Manager with a strong civils / groundworks background, seeking a new challenge with a leading Irish Civils Contractor in the north Dublin area.
This respected Civils Contractor are working on a €Multi-million residential development in north Dublin and have a need for a strong Site Manager
Maybe in your current role you spend most of your day putting out fires and doing the jobs that other people don't do. As Site Manager: Responsibilities will include:
The Package: An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €80000 - €85,000 + vehicle / allowance, fuel card, pension, healthcare. Negotiable, depending on experience.

Site Manager Skills:
- You have 5+ years construction management experience
- You have experience as a Site Manager / Foreman / Construction Manager, managing large crews on site.
- You have worked on large projects, preferably large civils / residential style.
- You have a Qualification in a construction related field or a strong Trades background
As Site Manager: Responsibilities will include:
- Managing Subcontractors, construction team and supplier
- Reporting to the Project Manager
- Ensure compliance with building regulations
- Meeting agreed programme targets
- Managing Health and Safety on site
- Excellent knowledge of Trades and background
