With a significant pipeline of multi million euro data centre developments, this contractor is continuing to expand its European operations and is now recruiting two experienced Civils Supervisors for a major data centre project in the Netherlands.
The Role: Civils Supervisor
This is an opportunity for two experienced Civils Supervisors to take responsibility for the coordination and delivery of civil, structural and associated construction works on a large scale data centre project in the Netherlands.
You will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors and ensure all civils packages are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
Working closely with the Project Manager, planners and wider construction team, you will play an important role in coordinating groundworks, concrete works, structural activities and associated building packages.

About You
You are an experienced Civils Supervisor with a strong background in managing large scale civil engineering and construction packages, ideally within the data centre, industrial or commercial construction sectors.
You will have a practical understanding of groundworks, concrete works and structural construction, with the ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors while maintaining strong safety, quality and programme standards.
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to take ownership of site activities and work effectively with the wider project team.

The Role: Civils Supervisor
This is an opportunity for two experienced Civils Supervisors to take responsibility for the coordination and delivery of civil, structural and associated construction works on a large scale data centre project in the Netherlands.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 7 years' relevant construction experience.
- Proven experience supervising civils packages on large scale construction projects.
- Strong experience coordinating groundworks, concrete works, structural works and associated construction activities.
- Previous experience managing subcontractors, site safety and quality control.
- Relevant trade qualification or construction related degree required.
Preferred Experience
- Previous data centre construction experience preferred.
- Experience working on major European construction projects beneficial.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and programme delivery.
- Experience coordinating multiple civils subcontractors on large scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate civil engineering and associated structural work packages throughout construction.
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring works progress safely and in line with programme.
- Coordinate subcontractors across groundworks, concrete works, structural activities and associated construction packages.
- Monitor subcontractor progress, manpower levels and programme requirements.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety across all site activities.
- Oversee quality assurance, inspections and compliance with project specifications.
- Work closely with Project Managers, planners, engineers and the wider construction team.
- Review construction drawings and setting out details to ensure accuracy and buildability.
- Attend site coordination meetings, programme reviews and subcontractor progress meetings.
- Manage snagging, quality inspections and close out documentation.
- Identify programme risks and support the management of variations and design changes.
- Ensure all civils packages are completed to the required standard ahead of handover.
