Wicklow. The development is still in its early stages, offering long-term career stability with approximately 24 months remaining on-site.
In this role, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience in site setting out, coordination, and quality control. You will take charge of the site, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth progression and successful completion of the project. This position provides a great platform to develop your technical skills, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to a high-quality residential build.

Site Manager Skills:
- You have 5+ years construction experience, preferably with a Main Contractor.
- You have experience as a Site Manager / Foreman / Construction Manager, managing large crews on site.
- You have worked on large projects, preferably residential style or school builds.
- You have a Qualification in a construction related field or a strong Trades background
As Site Manager: Responsibilities will include:
- Managing Subcontractors, construction team and supplier
- Reporting to the Contracts Manager
- Ensure compliance with building regulations
- Meeting agreed programme targets
- Managing Health and Safety on site
- Excellent knowledge of Trades and background
