The Role – Contracts Manager
As Contracts Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for leading large-scale projects across Leinster, managing delivery from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring every aspect of time, cost, and quality aligns with client expectations and company standards.
You’ll be a central figure within the business, working closely with senior leadership to manage project teams, drive performance, and support continued operational and strategic success.

The Role – Contracts Manager
As Contracts Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for leading large-scale projects across Leinster, managing delivery from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring every aspect of time, cost, and quality aligns with client expectations and company standards.
You’ll be a central figure within the business, working closely with senior leadership to manage project teams, drive performance, and support continued operational and strategic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the project delivery team, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Oversee all aspects of project planning, construction, design coordination, and installation.
- Drive a proactive Health & Safety culture, ensuring compliance across all operations.
- Manage resourcing, ensuring teams are fully equipped, motivated, and supported.
- Partner with design and engineering teams to maintain seamless coordination.
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies and best practices.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development to project staff.
- Maintain close communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
- Contribute to long-term business strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the construction industry, including several years in a senior management or Contracts Manager role.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial projects with Tier 1 or leading main contractors.
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Deep understanding of construction contracts, legal terms, and project management principles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with strong commercial awareness.
- Committed to quality, safety, and professional integrity.
