An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading electrical and renewable energy contractor delivering projects nationwide across Ireland. This is a permanent, full-time position offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-profile projects across sectors including data centres, industrial, pharmaceutical, commercial, and renewable energy developments.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end delivery of complex electrical and energy projects, from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is ideally suited to a driven and organised Project Manager with a strong background in electrical or M&E contracting. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, taking full ownership of project performance while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.

Skills:
- 3rd level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Manager role within the Electrical or M&E sector
- Strong knowledge of project delivery processes, contracts, and commercial management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and site compliance
- High level of organisational and problem-solving ability
- Eligible to work in Ireland
- Full clean driving licence
- Manage the full lifecycle of electrical and energy projects from pre-construction through to final handover and close-out.
- Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Coordinate and lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and safe project delivery.
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, variations, and financial performance in collaboration with the commercial team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across all sites.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise programme and cost impacts.
- Chair progress meetings and provide accurate and timely reports on programme, cost, and performance.
- Support commissioning, testing, and handover processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Lead by example, mentoring site and project teams while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
