As the project moves into its most intensive construction phases, they are now appointing a CSA Construction Manager to lead all civil, structural and architectural delivery on site.

What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day

• Owning the on-site delivery strategy for all CSA elements
  
  
• Leading and developing a high-performing team of engineers, supervisors and subcontractors
  
  
• Setting the standard for safety, quality and buildability across the project
  
  
• Coordinating CSA works with design, commercial, planning and MEP teams
  
  
• Managing subcontractor performance to ensure progress, productivity and compliance
  
  
• Driving short-term lookaheads and long-range sequencing to keep the project moving
  
  
• Resolving technical and coordination challenges before they impact programme
  
  
• Acting as the CSA lead in client, design and internal project meetings
  
  
• Overseeing snagging, close-out and handover activities as the project progresses
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A proven CSA Construction Manager or senior construction leader
  
  
• Strong background delivering large-scale building or infrastructure projects
  
  
• Experience managing concrete, structures, envelope and architectural packages
  
  
• Confident leading teams and holding subcontractors to account
  
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-track, technically complex environment
  
  
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving ability
  
  
• Data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or mission-critical project experience is a strong advantage
