This international contractor delivers complex mission critical and technically demanding projects across Europe, specialising in large scale industrial, technology and infrastructure developments.
With a growing pipeline of hyperscale and high specification construction projects across the Nordic region, they are now seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager to join a major live project in Finland.
The company is recognised for delivering high quality projects through strong technical expertise, detailed planning and collaborative site delivery teams.
The Role: CSA Package Manager
Based in Helsinki, this CSA Package Manager role will focus on the delivery of architectural and internal fit out packages on a large scale data centre construction project.
Reporting to the senior project management team, you will oversee package delivery from procurement through to handover, ensuring all works are completed safely, to programme and to the required specification.
You will work closely with subcontractors, commercial teams, design managers, MEP teams and commissioning personnel to coordinate architectural finishes and specialist fit out elements within a fast paced live construction environment.

About You
You will come from a CSA, architectural or fit out background within the construction industry and will be comfortable managing multiple subcontractors across technically demanding projects.
You will have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and experience delivering quality finishes within strict project programmes. The successful CSA Package Manager will be organised, commercially aware, and capable of working closely with multidisciplinary construction teams on large scale projects.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 7 years’ experience working with a main contractor or specialist contractor on large construction projects
- Proven experience required managing CSA or architectural fit out packages
- Experience delivering high specification internal finishes and technical construction packages is required
- Strong understanding of programme delivery, subcontractor coordination and quality management
- Experience on data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or other high tech projects would be highly beneficial
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on projects across Europe preferred
- Knowledge of clean room or specialist technical fit out packages beneficial
- Experience using construction reporting and project management systems advantageous
- Strong commercial awareness and subcontract package management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CSA architectural packages from procurement through to final handover
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist fit out teams on site
- Ensure programme milestones and package deliverables are achieved
- Monitor quality standards across finishes, partitions, ceilings, flooring, doors, and associated works
- Work closely with MEP and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration of building systems
- Attend project coordination meetings and contribute to programme planning
- Review subcontractor progress, variations, and package reporting
- Support procurement of long lead materials and specialist package items
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with health and safety standards
- Assist with project close out, snagging, and handover documentation
