They are best known for creating large-scale, high-quality communities across Dublin and beyond, delivering thousands of homes over the past three decades and maintaining a strong forward pipeline.
Their projects are design-led and sustainability-focused, typically including major housing developments, high-density apartment schemes, mixed-use urban quarters and supporting amenities. The business has a strong reputation for quality, programme certainty, and professional delivery standards.
Due to continued expansion across Dublin-based developments, they are now seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their team.
The Role – Design Manager
You will take ownership of design coordination including architectural, structural, and building services interfaces, ensuring information is complete, timely and aligned with programme delivery on live sites.
Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants and subcontractors, you’ll drive efficient design-to-build solutions that protect quality, cost and schedule.

The Role – Design Manager
You will take ownership of design coordination including architectural, structural, and building services interfaces, ensuring information is complete, timely and aligned with programme delivery on live sites.
Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants and subcontractors, you’ll drive efficient design-to-build solutions that protect quality, cost and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage setting out and coordination of architectural and engineering information with the site team.
- Coordinate utilities and services interfaces between mechanical/electrical engineers and utility providers.
- Prepare and maintain the project Information Schedule in line with contract programme.
- Track design deliverables, flagging delays or risks early and driving resolutions.
- Coordinate and control the full technical submittal process across all packages.
- Maintain robust submittal tracking aligned with construction sequencing.
- Build and manage procurement tracking schedules based on approved submittals.
- Deal promptly with all technical queries, ensuring full recording and close-out.
- Support a smooth flow of information between design, commercial and delivery teams.
About You
- 7 years’ experience as a Design Manager on major commercial and/or residential projects.
- Third level qualification in Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
- Strong main contractor or developer-side coordination background.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Confident communicator able to work across multiple stakeholders and packages.
