The Company
This international contractor delivers major hyperscale data centre projects across Ireland and Europe, covering design, construction, MEP installation and commissioning.
They are looking for an experienced Electrical Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning delivery on a major hyperscale data centre development in Dublin 15.
The Role: Electrical Commissioning Manager
Reporting to senior commissioning and project leadership, you will manage the full commissioning lifecycle from system readiness and energisation through Integrated Systems Testing, phased turnover and final client acceptance.
You will coordinate electrical, mechanical, controls and life safety systems while managing specialist vendors, subcontractors and commissioning teams against demanding programme milestones.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced Electrical Commissioning Manager with strong technical authority and a track record delivering mission-critical systems on hyperscale data centre projects. You will be comfortable leading high-pressure testing periods and dealing directly with clients, vendors and senior project teams.

Must Have Requirements
- Proven commissioning management experience on hyperscale data centre projects.
- Strong electrical and wider MEP mission-critical systems knowledge.
- Hands-on experience leading Integrated Systems Testing and live testing activities.
- Experience working with a main contractor or general contractor on large-scale data centre construction is required.
- Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering qualification beneficial.
- Hyperscale campus and phased handover experience preferred.
- Commissioning or data centre certifications advantageous.
- Lead the project commissioning plan and commissioning programme.
- Manage electrical and MEP system commissioning through to final acceptance.
- Coordinate IST, load bank, black building and redundancy testing.
- Manage commissioning teams, vendors, OFCI representatives and specialist contractors.
- Oversee energisation plans, risk assessments and commissioning safety.
- Manage test scripts, punch lists, commissioning records and handover documentation.
