With major hyperscale developments underway across Europe, they continue to deliver some of the continent's most technically demanding mission-critical projects.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join a major data centre project in Helsinki.
The Role: Electrical Package Manager
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of the complete electrical package from design coordination and procurement through to installation, testing, commissioning and final handover.
Working closely with engineers, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives, you will ensure the electrical package is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is a key delivery role with responsibility for programme management, subcontractor coordination, commercial reporting and quality performance across a major hyperscale data centre project.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced Electrical Package Manager with a proven ability to deliver complex electrical packages on major construction projects. You are comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating subcontractors and driving programme performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Experience within the data centre sector would be highly advantageous, although candidates from pharmaceutical, industrial and other mission-critical environments will also be considered.

Must Have Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Package Manager or Electrical Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong background delivering electrical packages on data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or other mission-critical projects.
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety, quality systems and construction sequencing.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience managing electrical subcontractors and large site teams.
- Knowledge of testing, commissioning and project handover processes.
- Experience on design and build projects.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing programme, variations and cost reporting.
- Manage the electrical package from design coordination through to commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to achieve programme milestones.
- Monitor project costs, labour, materials and procurement activities.
- Manage project safety and promote a strong QHSE culture across the site.
- Prepare weekly progress reports, cost reports and programme updates.
- Coordinate material deliveries to align with the construction programme.
- Maintain quality standards, snagging systems and project documentation.
- Attend project, engineering and client coordination meetings.
- Support testing, commissioning and final project handover activities.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to maintain programme delivery.
