Job title: Electrical Package Manager – Data Centre
Location: Skellefteå, Västerbotten County, Sweden

Package: Salary up to €100,000 DOE + €250 net weekly subsistence + solo accommodation + flights + 3/1 or 5/1 rotation
The Company
This international data centre contractor delivers large-scale mission-critical projects across Europe, covering projects from design and construction through to commissioning.
They are looking for an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join the delivery team on a major data centre project in Skellefteå, Sweden, with a strong pipeline of further European projects.
The Role: Electrical Package Manager
As Electrical Package Manager, you will manage key electrical work packages across the project, ensuring installation is delivered safely, to programme and in line with the required quality standards.
Working closely with the Project Manager, planners, design team and commercial team, you will coordinate electrical subcontractors, programme, technical information, QA/QC and handover.
Must Have Requirements
You will be an experienced Electrical Package Manager with a strong electrical construction background and proven experience managing significant packages on large-scale projects.
You should be comfortable managing subcontractors, programme, technical coordination and quality while working closely with design, commercial and project delivery teams.

Salary: Up to €100,000 DOE
This Electrical Package Manager role gives you responsibility for a significant electrical package on a major data centre project in Skellefteå, with involvement across construction, technical coordination, QA/QC and handover.
The Sweden package includes a salary up to €100,000 DOE, €250 net weekly subsistence on top, solo accommodation, return flights and a choice of 3/1 or 5/1 rotation, with long-term opportunities across the contractor’s European data centre pipeline.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 7+ years’ experience within the electrical construction sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a similar discipline required.
- Proven experience managing electrical packages on large-scale construction projects required.
- Strong experience managing electrical subcontractors, programme and site delivery required.
- Data centre or mission-critical project experience preferred.
- Previous European construction experience beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation, QA/QC and commissioning advantageous.
- Manage and coordinate electrical work packages throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee day-to-day electrical site operations and subcontractor activities.
- Manage QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate project schedules with planners, Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants and design teams.
- Track subcontractor progress, manpower and programme delivery.
- Coordinate technical submittals and construction information with the design team.
- Review drawings and technical documentation and ensure electrical systems are correctly coordinated.
- Attend site, engineering, planning and handover meetings.
- Track variations and work closely with the commercial team.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project information.
- Manage electrical snagging through to close-out.
- Identify and resolve technical, design and coordination issues on site.
You will be an experienced Electrical Package Manager with a strong electrical construction background and proven experience managing significant packages on large-scale projects.
You should be comfortable managing subcontractors, programme, technical coordination and quality while working closely with design, commercial and project delivery teams.
