We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of major projects in Sweden. This is a permanent role with a strong pipeline of work over the next 5+ years, offering excellent career development and a highly competitive package.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to lead technically complex, large-scale projects while working with a dynamic, forward-thinking team. The focus is on delivering high-quality engineering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and performance standards.
As Electrical Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple electrical projects from concept through to handover. You’ll plan, organise, and coordinate all activities on-site while acting as the key point of contact for the client.
Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and technical ability are essential, you’ll be expected to build excellent client relationships, manage teams effectively, and ensure every aspect of the project is delivered safely and to spec.

Electrical Project Manager Skills:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a strong trades background.
- 10+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally on large-scale data centre, pharma, or industrial projects.
- Proven track record managing complex fast-track projects for main contractors.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems (LV/MV/HV).
- Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.
- Ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects, and lead teams effectively.
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving, communication, and decision-making.
As an Electrical Project Manager:
- Lead project handover from estimating to construction.
- Develop project strategy: business plan, cost controls, cashflow, procurement schedule, and programme.
- Liaise with clients, design teams, and subcontractors on technical and procurement issues.
- Put project-specific safety and quality plans in place.
- Mobilise site teams, subcontractors, and resources.
- Manage and motivate the site team day to day.
- Ensure all activities meet programme, budget, and quality standards.
- Chair regular progress meetings with the client and subcontractors.
- Oversee health, safety, and training compliance.
- Track productivity, cost control, and project reporting.
- Provide regular updates to senior management.
- Manage testing, commissioning, and final design audits.
- Ensure all systems are fully certified and demonstrated to the client.
- Deliver O&M manuals, record drawings, and project close-out reports.
- Oversee demobilisation of site and final account settlement.
- Maintain client relationship through completion, warranty, and beyond.
