We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Project Manager to oversee Dublin-based projects for a leading construction firm.
This role offers the opportunity to manage all phases of MEP services delivery - from pre-construction and planning through to testing and commissioning, while working collaboratively with design teams, subcontractors, and wider project stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building services coordination, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality electrical projects within commercial and residential sectors.

Skills:
- Relevant Third level qualification in Building Services M&E or Electrical trade.
- 7 years’ experience in building services co-ordination.
- Previous Main Contractor experience is preferred, ideally project experience in Commercial and Residential.
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
As an Electrical Project Manager you will:
- Manage & coordinate all phases of the MEP Services project delivery cycle from
- Pre-Construction & Planning, Construction, Testing & Commissioning
- Co-ordinate design team information & details in time for project delivery activities
- Ensure implementation of the MEP deliverables on the project
- Ensure all MEP works are carried out to the highest level of safety.
- Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of approved quality plan.
- Monitor programmes & review installation progress of MEP services
- Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors and the wider project team
Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least €100,000 plus:
