The Company
This specialist engineering contractor is a market leader in offsite modular MEP solutions, delivering prefabricated plantrooms and energy systems for hyperscale data centre developments across Europe.
With a long-term pipeline of projects secured under framework agreements with major data centre clients, the business continues to grow and is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join its European delivery team.
The Role: Electrical Site Supervisor
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee the electrical installation, reconnection, testing and commissioning of prefabricated M&E plantrooms delivered to hyperscale data centre projects throughout Europe.
Working alongside a Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will manage client-appointed electrical installation teams, ensuring all works are completed safely, to programme and in accordance with company quality standards.
This is a site-based position involving rotation between major data centre projects across Europe, with each project typically lasting between five and seven months.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor with a strong electrical installation background and a proven ability to lead teams on complex construction projects.
You enjoy working in fast-paced environments, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring electrical installations are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Experience within data centres or offsite modular construction would be highly beneficial, although candidates from other large-scale commercial or industrial projects will also be considered.

Must Have Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an Electrical Site Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong background in LV electrical systems, control systems and packaged plantroom installations.
- Proven experience supervising electrical installation teams on major construction projects.
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Electrical Installation qualification.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and Inspection & Testing certification.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout Europe.
- Experience working on data centre or other mission-critical projects.
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Experience with modular or offsite construction.
- Strong understanding of programme sequencing and installation planning.
- Experience supporting testing, commissioning and SAT activities.
- Supervise electrical installation and reconnection works on prefabricated plantrooms.
- Coordinate client-appointed electrical installation teams throughout delivery.
- Ensure electrical installations are completed in accordance with drawings and company quality standards.
- Carry out technical inspections and quality checks throughout installation.
- Monitor installation progress and support programme delivery.
- Coordinate electrical testing, inspection and commissioning activities.
- Support BMS integration and system commissioning.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are implemented and maintained on site.
- Prepare daily reports, snagging lists and project close-out documentation.
- Assist with final handover documentation, including SAT records and O&M manuals.
You are an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor with a strong electrical installation background and a proven ability to lead teams on complex construction projects.
