The Opportunity
You’ll be the driving force behind the successful delivery of complex façade works, ensuring seamless coordination across subcontractors, design teams, and site operations. Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will:
- Oversee the full façade construction programme, from planning through to completion.
- Coordinate façade elements across multiple subcontract packages.
- Manage technical submittals, approvals, and BCAR compliance.
- Oversee sample procurement, sign-off, and testing regimes.
- Ensure compliance with performance specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Track material procurement and manage logistics.
- Conduct quality reviews using BIM field or similar technologies.
- Ensure all O&M data, safety files, and onsite testing are completed for client handover.
- Review and validate façade-related variations.
About You
You are an experienced façade professional with:
- 5+ years’ experience managing façades on large-scale residential or commercial projects.
- A trade qualification or construction-related degree/diploma.
- Strong track record in subcontractor management.
- Excellent planning and coordination skills.
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines with strong communication and leadership abilities.
