From early design and procurement through installation, testing, and handover, you’ll ensure every aspect of the façade meets the highest technical, safety, and aesthetic standards.

The Opportunity
You’ll take full responsibility for the façade package on landmark commercial, mixed-use, and high-density residential schemes.
From early design and procurement through installation, testing, and handover, you’ll ensure every aspect of the façade meets the highest technical, safety, and aesthetic standards.

Your Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will:
- Lead the façade process from design and planning through to completion.
- Coordinate all façade subcontract packages and manage trade interfaces.
- Oversee technical submittals, design reviews, and BCAR compliance.
- Manage sample procurement, mock-ups, testing, and approvals.
- Ensure all works align with specifications, drawings, and performance standards.
- Track procurement schedules and delivery logistics.
- Conduct quality and progress inspections using BIM Field or similar tools.
- Manage O&M documentation, onsite testing, and client handovers.
- Review façade-related variations and contribute to value-engineering solutions.
About You You bring both the technical know-how and leadership skills to deliver façade excellence.
- 5+ years’ experience managing façades on large-scale residential or commercial projects.
- A construction trade qualification or degree/diploma in a relevant discipline.
- Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage design/build processes.
- In-depth knowledge of façade systems, sequencing, and site operations.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a commitment to quality and safety.
