Are you a Finishing Foreman looking to step into a high-profile role with an award winning Irish Main Contractor? Your next challenge awaits on an exciting educational project in Dublin, forming part of a Multi Million Euro investment in modern learning environments.
This is a progressive Irish Main contractor, known for delivering complex and high-quality developments across the country. With a track record of excellence in both residential and institutional builds, they’re now expanding into the education sector with a long-term project pipeline that offers real career progression.
Your Role as Finishing Foreman: Ensure the safety and quality of subcontractors and trades on site. Coordinate closely with the Engineering Team, reviewing drawings and technical details. Manage plant and material needs in line with project timelines. Perform spot-checks and quality control, escalating discrepancies. Maintain safety standards and stop unsafe or subpar works. Sign off on completed subcontractor works. Support progress reporting and communicate with site leadership. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior site personnel.
Ideal Background: This role suits a confident and experienced Finishing Foreman with a trade or qualified construction background, and 5+ years’ experience on large-scale projects – ideally with experience in public or institutional builds.
