This contractor specialises in multi-block apartment developments with complex construction methods including precast and in-situ concrete structures, delivering high-spec residential units to the highest standards.
The Role – Finishing Foreman
This is a key Finishing Foreman role on a large residential development in Dublin, involving multiple apartment blocks and housing units. You will take full responsibility for the finishing phase across internal and external packages, ensuring quality, programme, and handover standards are achieved.
Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you will drive the delivery of high-quality finishes across apartments and common areas, ensuring all units are completed to a high standard and ready for handover.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate all finishing trades on site
• Drive high-quality internal finishes across apartments and communal areas
• Oversee snagging, de-snagging, and final inspections
• Ensure all works meet specifications, drawings, and building standards
• Maintain strict health and safety standards during finishing phases
• Monitor programme and ensure timely completion of units for handover
• Coordinate subcontractors across multiple blocks and work areas
• Liaise with site management, design teams, and client representatives
• Ensure smooth handover of completed units
About You
• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential or apartment projects
• Strong background in internal finishes and high-spec residential delivery
• Experience working on multi-unit or multi-block developments
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and tight deadlines
• Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
• Clear communicator with the ability to drive standards on site
