What You’ll Be Doing: As the Finishing Manager, you’ll oversee the final stages of construction, ensuring each unit is delivered on time and to the highest level of quality and finish. You’ll coordinate trades, uphold safety standards, and drive results across a major live site.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing finishing trades and subcontractors from 1st fix to final handover.
- Overseeing snagging, quality control, and defect resolution.
- Working to phased delivery deadlines across the development.
- Maintaining strict H&S and compliance standards.
- Collaborating closely with the PM and engineering teams to meet project goals.
- 5+ years of residential site or finishing management experience.
- A background in trades (e.g., carpentry, plastering) or a relevant construction qualification.
- Strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering quality finishes.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of current Irish building regulations and certification standards.
- Salary: €85,000 (negotiable based on experience)
