Job title: Finishing Site Manager – New Build Hotel
Location: South Dublin, Co Dublin

Package: €80,000 + €8,000 car allowance + bonus
The Company
This established Irish main contractor has a long track record delivering high quality construction projects across Ireland, with experience across commercial, hospitality, healthcare, fit out and technically demanding city centre developments.
They are currently delivering a major new build hotel in South Dublin, Co Dublin. The project is now approaching topping out, with the next phase focused heavily on facade works, MEP coordination, internal fit out and quality finishes.
The Role: Finishing Site Manager
This is an urgent Finishing Site Manager requirement on a live hotel development in South Dublin and a particularly strong workload of secured and upcoming projects in the area.
With the concrete frame nearing completion, you will take responsibility for driving the internal fit out and finishing stages, working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team to coordinate subcontractors, maintain quality and keep works moving to programme.
The development includes extensive bedroom fit out, front of house and back of house areas, common spaces and amenity areas. The project also incorporates a retained historic façade, adding another level of coordination and quality control to the build.
Must Have Requirements
You will be an experienced Finishing Site Manager with a strong eye for detail and a practical understanding of how to drive fit out packages on a busy construction site.
You should be comfortable managing multiple finishing trades at the same time, coordinating with MEP subcontractors and pushing areas through snagging and handover without compromising quality.
Hotel, apartment, residential or high end commercial fit out experience would transfer particularly well into this role.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager or Finishing Site Manager role
- Proven experience required managing internal fit out and finishing packages on large building projects
- Experience managing subcontractors and driving works against programme is required
- Must have strong knowledge of quality control, snagging and finishing standards
- Hotel or hospitality construction experience preferred
- Experience delivering high quality bedroom, apartment or residential finishes beneficial
- Main contractor experience
- Manage internal fit out and finishing works across the hotel development
- Coordinate finishing subcontractors and ensure works progress in line with programme
- Drive bedroom, corridor, common area and back of house packages through to completion
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship across all finishes
- Manage snagging, inspections and close out of completed areas
- Coordinate closely with MEP teams to ensure services and finishes are properly sequenced
- Monitor short term programmes and identify potential delays before they affect delivery
- Liaise with the Project Manager, design team, subcontractors and site management team
- Ensure materials and labour are available ahead of planned works
- Maintain strong health and safety standards throughout the finishing stages
