The Company
One of Ireland’s leading Tier 1 Main Contractors is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a major 235 unit commercial development in South Dublin.
The project is a substantial city-centre build involving an in-situ concrete structure, high-specification building envelope, extensive internal fit out and associated external works.
This is a strong Dublin-based opportunity with a major Irish contractor known for delivering complex commercial, residential and large-scale construction projects.
The Role: Site Manager
As a Site Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of works on this 235 unit development in South Dublin, working closely with the Project Manager, Engineers, subcontractors and wider site team.
With the main structure substantially progressed, you’ll be involved across façade works, M&E coordination, internal fit out and quality finishes. You’ll manage subcontractors, drive the programme and ensure works are delivered safely and to a high standard.
Must Have Requirements
You’ll be an experienced Site Manager with a strong main contractor background and experience delivering large-scale building projects.
You’ll be particularly strong on subcontractor coordination, programme, fit out and quality finishes, with the practical site experience needed to keep multiple packages moving on a busy city-centre project.

Must Have Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in construction site management
- Strong main contractor experience
- Experience delivering large-scale building projects
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme
- Strong understanding of quality and Health & Safety requirements
- Large-scale commercial or high-spec fit out experience
- Experience managing fit out and finishing packages
- Tier 1 or major Irish main contractor experience advantageous
- Relevant construction qualification or trade background beneficial
- Manage day-to-day construction activities on site
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades
- Drive works in line with the construction programme
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Engineers and design team
- Oversee façade, M&E, fit out and finishing packages
- Monitor quality and ensure works meet required specifications
- Manage labour, materials and site logistics
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are maintained
- Manage inspections, snagging and completion of works
- Identify potential programme issues and resolve them early
