Job title: Finishing Site Manager – New Build Hotel

Package: €70,000 to €80,000 + package
The Company
This established Irish main contractor has a strong track record delivering large scale building projects across Dublin and the wider Irish construction market.
They are currently delivering a €54 million new build hotel project in Dublin, Co Dublin. The seven storey development is now topping out and moving towards the finishes stages, creating a requirement for an experienced Finishing Site Manager to strengthen the site team.
The Role: Finishing Site Manager
As Finishing Site Manager, you will take responsibility for managing the internal finishes and fit out packages as the Dublin hotel project progresses through the finishing stages.
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team, you will coordinate finishing subcontractors, manage quality standards, track works against programme and ensure rooms and common areas are completed to the required standard.
This is a hands on site management role where attention to detail, sequencing and subcontractor coordination will be important to maintaining programme and achieving quality finishes.

You will be an experienced Finishing Site Manager with a strong background in delivering high quality internal finishes on large construction projects.
You should be comfortable managing multiple trades, driving subcontractors and maintaining close control of quality and programme. Hotel, residential or other high specification fit out experience would transfer particularly well to this role.

- Must have proven experience as a Finishing Site Manager, Site Manager or Finishing Foreman on large building projects
- Strong finishes and fit out experience is required
- Must have experience coordinating multiple finishing subcontractors in a live site environment
- Proven ability to deliver high quality finishes against programme
Preferred Experience:
- Hotel, residential or similar high specification finishes experience preferred
- Main contractor experience in Ireland beneficial
- Experience delivering projects through snagging and handover stages preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal finishes and fit out works across the project
- Coordinate finishing trades and subcontractors on a daily basis
- Monitor works against the construction programme and drive progress on site
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality finishes
- Manage snagging, inspections and close out of completed areas
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, site team and design team
- Ensure materials and labour are available in line with programme requirements
- Maintain strong health and safety standards throughout finishing works
- Identify potential programme or quality issues early and ensure they are addressed
