Their Sandviken campus is one of several major data centre developments currently under construction, providing long-term opportunities for experienced construction professionals looking to build their careers in the European data centre sector.
The Role: Foreman
Based on a major data centre project in Sandviken, this Foreman role will focus on coordinating day-to-day construction activities across CSA works, with particular emphasis on architectural packages and office fit out.
Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Management team, you will supervise subcontractors, maintain programme delivery, drive quality standards, and ensure Health & Safety requirements are consistently achieved throughout the project.
This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who can organise site activities, manage subcontractor performance, and keep works progressing safely and efficiently on a fast-moving live construction project.
Must Have Requirements:
You are an experienced Foreman with a strong background delivering CSA or architectural construction packages on large projects. You are confident managing subcontractors, maintaining programme, and ensuring high standards of workmanship across live construction environments.
You communicate well with site teams, consultants and project management, while remaining focused on safety, quality and delivering work to programme. Previous experience on data centre construction projects would be highly advantageous, although candidates from large commercial, pharmaceutical or industrial construction backgrounds will also be considered.

Must Have Requirements:
- Must have 7+ years' experience working in a Foreman or Supervisor role on large construction projects.
- Proven experience delivering architectural, fit out or CSA packages is required.
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating daily site operations.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety, quality control and programme delivery.
- Degree or relevant qualification in Construction, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience on data centre, industrial or large commercial construction projects.
- Experience working alongside MEP teams on multidisciplinary projects.
- Knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling and planning.
- Experience reviewing construction drawings and coordinating site works.
- Previous experience working on European construction projects.
- First Aid and Health & Safety certifications.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Experience using digital construction management systems.
- Supervise daily construction activities across assigned CSA work areas.
- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely and on programme.
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety across all site operations.
- Monitor quality throughout construction and manage inspections and snagging.
- Review drawings and ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications.
- Attend site coordination, planning and progress meetings.
- Assist with programme management alongside the Project Manager and Planning team.
- Support commercial teams by identifying variations and changes to scope.
- Maintain accurate site records and project documentation.
- Assist with project close out including QA documentation, snag lists and handover activities.
