The Company

With a healthy pipeline of new residential projects, they are known for maintaining high construction standards, investing in their people, and delivering homes on programme.
Based on a large-scale residential development in North Dublin, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-organised site team working on a long-term project with strong support from senior management and clear opportunities for progression.
The Role: Foreman
As Foreman, you will take responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations on a busy residential development in North Dublin. Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will coordinate subcontractors, monitor quality, ensure programme targets are achieved, and maintain the highest standards of health and safety.
This role is suited to someone with strong residential construction experience who is confident leading trades on site and driving works to completion in a live construction environment.
Must Have Requirements:
• Must have previous experience as a Foreman on residential construction projects in Ireland.
• Proven experience required managing subcontractors on large housing developments.
• Experience working with a main contractor or residential developer is required.
• Strong knowledge of Irish Health & Safety regulations and site procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Experience:
• Trade background preferred.
• Experience delivering timber frame or traditional build housing developments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor workmanship and maintain excellent quality control across all phases of construction.
• Work closely with the Site Manager to achieve programme milestones.
• Coordinate deliveries, materials, and labour resources.
• Conduct daily site briefings and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
• Resolve site issues efficiently to minimise delays.
• Maintain accurate site records and communicate progress with the project team.
About You
You are an experienced Foreman with a strong background in residential construction and a proven ability to manage busy site operations. You are organised, proactive, and capable of motivating subcontractors while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You understand the importance of programme delivery and enjoy working as part of an experienced site management team.
