Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site activities and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors
- Interpret technical drawings and resolve on-site issues proactively
- Manage materials, plant, and workforce in line with the build programme
- Maintain top standards of site safety and compliance
- Monitor build quality and sign off completed phases
- Mentor junior team members and lead with professionalism
- Participate in daily site coordination meetings
- Ensure smooth project handovers and collaborate with finishing teams
- 5+ years’ experience in a General Foreperson or Construction Supervisor role
- Track record delivering large-scale residential projects (ideally timber frame or mixed-use)
- Trade background or construction qualification preferred
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of health & safety, quality standards, and team coordination
- Salary: €75,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Bonus: 10% annual performance-related
