The Role: Graduate Quantity Surveyor

- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Graduated or due to graduate between 2025 and 2026
- Strong numerical and analytical skills required

Preferred Experience
- Placement or internship experience within construction or engineering preferred
- Knowledge of cost management or QS software beneficial
- Exposure to main contractor environments advantageous
- Interest in data centre or large-scale construction projects beneficial
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing budgets, cost plans, and tender documentation
- Support measurement and valuation of works from drawings and on site
- Assist with subcontractor procurement and tender evaluations
- Monitor project costs and support commercial reporting processes
- Help maintain accurate project records and commercial documentation
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Assist with identifying commercial risks and opportunities throughout delivery
- Support compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards
