The Role – Health & Safety Coordinator
As a Health and Safety Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of safe, compliant and high-quality engineering projects across multiple sites. Working closely with the Health and Safety Manager and site teams, you will help drive best practice, ensure full regulatory compliance and promote a proactive safety culture throughout the organisation.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident on-site, detail-focused and capable of influencing teams to prioritise safety at every stage of project delivery.

The Role – Health & Safety Coordinator
As a Health and Safety Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of safe, compliant and high-quality engineering projects across multiple sites. Working closely with the Health and Safety Manager and site teams, you will help drive best practice, ensure full regulatory compliance and promote a proactive safety culture throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of health and safety policies and procedures
- Carry out regular site inspections, audits and risk assessments across multiple locations
- Ensure full compliance with Irish and EU health and safety legislation
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and ongoing H&S training
- Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions
- Maintain accurate health and safety documentation including reports, registers and training records
- Work closely with project managers, engineers and supervisors to ensure safe project delivery
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders when required
- Promote and embed a strong safety-first culture across all teams and sites
About You
- Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline, NEBOSH or IOSH preferred
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a health and safety role within construction, engineering or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation and best practice
- Experience working across multiple sites is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and reporting ability
- Proactive, solutions-driven approach to safety management
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
