HVAC Project Manager

You are an experienced and dynamic HVAC Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience, where you will be involved in managing the design, installation, and commissioning of HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects across Ireland.

You will bring a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

HVAC Project Manager Skills:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 5 years of project management experience in HVAC systems or building services.
• Strong understanding of HVAC system design, installation, and commissioning processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and HVAC design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in Ireland.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
• Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel for site visits.

As a HVAC Project Manager Skills:  

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from initial client consultation and design through to commissioning and handover.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met while building long-term relationships.
• Manage internal and external teams, including engineers, installers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery without compromising quality.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules to meet critical deadlines.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Monitor project progress and quality through site inspections, resolving any issues promptly.
• Provide regular updates on project performance, risks, and opportunities to senior management.

The Package:

Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least to €75,000 plus package to include vehicle, bonus, pension and more.
