M&E Coordinator  – €100 Landmark Project

An experienced M&E Coordinator is required to support the delivery of mechanical and electrical services on a landmark city-centre refurbishment and extension project.

This is a technically detailed build within a sensitive environment, requiring close coordination between design teams, specialist subcontractors and site management to ensure a high-quality finish.

This role would suit someone with a mechanical services background who enjoys coordination, problem-solving and working closely with site teams on complex construction projects.

M&E Coordinator Skills:

• Strong mechanical background with experience in HVAC, pipework, plant and building services systems
• Previous experience in an M&E coordination or Building Services role
• Ability to review mechanical and electrical drawings, specifications and technical submittals
• Experience coordinating services within refurbishment or constrained site environments
• Good understanding of construction sequencing and services installation methodology
• Strong communication skills for liaising with subcontractors, consultants and site teams
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with BIM or coordination models
• Organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple workstreams

As an M&E Coordinator:

• Coordinate the delivery of mechanical and electrical services in line with the project programme
• Act as the main point of coordination between mechanical and electrical subcontractors and the design team
• Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions to ensure buildability and compliance
• Support the resolution of clashes and coordination issues on site
• Attend and contribute to M&E coordination meetings and design workshops
• Monitor site installations to ensure works align with approved drawings and specifications
• Assist with commissioning planning, inspections and handover documentation
• Support quality control, snagging and close-out of M&E systems
• Liaise closely with the wider site team to ensure smooth integration of services works

The Package:

Salary will be DOE, but you can expect at least €80,000, plus a strong overall package.
