You are a dedicated and technically proficient M&E Coordinator looking to manage and deliver mechanical and electrical service installations for flagship fit-out, mission critical, logistics, or commercial projects in Cork. Reporting to senior project leadership, you will ensure seamless coordination between design, survey, and installation teams.

M&E Coordinator Skills:
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline
- Minimum 4–5 years of M&E coordination experience on residential, commercial, or industrial projects (especially with Main Contractors)
- Strong design and technical acumen in mechanical and electrical systems, including integration, spacing, and detailing
- Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office suite; BIM coordination experience preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of leading meetings and effectively liaising across teams
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
As a M&E Coordinator:
- Manage M&E service coordination across all project phases—design, preconstruction, execution, commissioning, and handover
- Review and conduct detailed design gap analysis in collaboration with the design team
- Develop and track design documentation (AutoCAD/BIM drawings, workflows) and enforce version control
- Organize and lead coordination meetings with design teams, site managers, subcontractors, and MEP consultants
- Oversee technical submittal and approval processes for M&E systems and equipment
- Facilitate smooth flow of information between design and site installation teams; resolve coordination issues proactively
- Ensure punctual commissioning, test, and inspection of mechanical, electrical, and building services systems
- Maintain records for snagging, commissioning logs, safety files, and handover documentation
- Support claims management and retentions release as required
- Uphold quality, safety, and budget standards throughout the project life cycle
