This well established mechanical and electrical contractor has built a strong reputation for delivering complex building services projects across Dublin and the wider Irish market. Operating across commercial, industrial and high specification developments, they are known for quality delivery, strong client relationships and a collaborative site culture.
With a growing project pipeline and continued expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their senior leadership team on a major Dublin based project.
The Role – Mechanical Contracts Manager
This is a senior position responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of mechanical packages across large scale construction projects. Reporting to the Construction Director, you will oversee multiple project teams, ensuring programme, budget and quality targets are consistently achieved.
You will play a key role in driving performance on site, managing stakeholders and ensuring all mechanical works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Salary: €90,000 – €110,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical project delivery from pre construction through to completion
- Develop and manage project budgets, cost plans and financial reporting
- Oversee programme planning, scheduling and resource allocation
- Manage and coordinate multiple project teams and site managers
- Ensure subcontractor performance, quality and compliance standards are met
- Maintain strict adherence to Health and Safety regulations
- Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor on cost control, variations and forecasting
- Identify programme risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage procurement schedules to align with project timelines
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
- 10 years’ experience within the construction or building services sector
- Proven track record as a Mechanical Contracts Manager delivering large scale project
- Experience managing multiple projects or large complex schemes
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and variations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
- Highly organised with a focus on quality, deadlines and delivery
Salary: €90,000 – €110,000 (DOE)
