The Role – Electrical Construction Manager
As Electrical Construction Manager, you will take full ownership of the electrical construction scope on a major data centre project in Sines. You will be responsible for driving programme, managing subcontractors, and ensuring all electrical installations are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
This is a senior site leadership role where your ability to coordinate complex electrical works, manage sequencing, and maintain quality across all stages of installation will directly impact project success.
Key Responsibilities
Salary: €90,000 – €110,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all electrical construction activities on site from planning through to completion
- Develop and manage detailed construction programmes and resource plans
- Coordinate subcontractors, ensuring performance, safety, and quality standards are met
- Oversee installation of LV and MV systems in line with design and specifications
- Implement and maintain strict quality control procedures across all electrical works
- Monitor project progress against programme and proactively resolve delays
- Track costs and support commercial teams to ensure delivery within budget
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, planners, and client representatives
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures
- Drive high standards of reporting, documentation, and site coordination
- Trade background or degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Construction
- Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager or Senior Electrical Supervisor on large projects
- Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems, containment, cabling, and commissioning sequencing
- Experience working on data centre, pharmaceutical, or large industrial projects
- Track record managing subcontractors and delivering to tight programmes
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive site teams
- Detail-focused with a commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance construction environment
Salary: €90,000 – €110,000 (DOE)
