The business has in-house engineering and BIM capability and is known for delivering high-quality mechanical packages including HVAC, ventilation, chilled water, heating, plumbing and pipework systems.
The Role: Mechanical Project Engineer - Mechanical Building Services
As Mechanical Project Engineer, you will support the delivery of mechanical building services projects across Dublin from design coordination through installation, commissioning and handover.
Working closely with the Project Manager, BIM team, site supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers, you will help keep mechanical works progressing safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.

About You
You will come from a mechanical engineering or building services background with practical experience delivering mechanical packages on construction projects.
You should have a strong understanding of HVAC, ventilation, chilled water and pipework systems and be comfortable working with project, BIM and site teams to keep works moving to programme.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have previous experience as a Mechanical Project Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or similar
- Mechanical building services experience is required
- Hands on experience coordinating mechanical installations on construction projects is required
- Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, specifications and technical submittals
Preferred Experience
- Data centre, commercial, pharmaceutical, healthcare or industrial experience preferred
- HVAC, chilled water, ventilation and pipework experience beneficial
- BIM or Revit coordination experience beneficial
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate mechanical services from design through installation and commissioning
- Review drawings, specifications and technical submittals
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site installation teams
- Work with BIM and design teams to resolve coordination issues
- Monitor mechanical works against programme
- Manage RFIs, procurement requirements and project documentation
- Support quality inspections, testing and commissioning
- Liaise with the main contractor, consultants and wider project team
About You
