I’m hiring an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to take full ownership of HVAC, plumbing and building services packages, from planning right through to commissioning and handover across commercial, residential and industrial projects based in Dublin.

If you like leading teams, solving technical problems, and keeping programmes and budgets on track, this will suit you.
Your new company are a Dublin-based mechanical contracting team delivering HVAC and plumbing packages from pre-start through commissioning and handover.

They keep programmes tight by front-loading coordination, staying close to the design team and main contractor, and solving issues early. The installs are tidy, the paperwork is clean, and safety is non-negotiable. The crew blends experienced PMs, supervisors and commissioning engineers, backed by digital QA/BIM where it adds value

Mechanical Project Manager Skills:
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or similar.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Mechanical Project Management (construction/M&E).
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
  • Proven end-to-end delivery record from inception to completion.
  • Clear leadership, strong organisation and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues quickly.
  • Proficient with MS Office; AutoCAD/BIM experience is a plus.

As a Mechanical Project Manager:
  • Plan, manage and oversee all mechanical works on site.
  • Lead the project team to deliver to spec, on programme and within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, design teams, main contractors and suppliers for smooth delivery.
  • Track budgets and variations, and handle progress reporting with QS support.
  • Drive Health & Safety and environmental compliance on site.
  • Own procurement for materials, equipment and subcontractors.
  • Provide technical guidance, problem-solve and maintain quality control throughout.
  • Oversee commissioning, testing, closeout and full handover documentation


The Package:

Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least €82,500 plus package.
