With a busy pipeline of work in Dublin and across Leinster, they are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager who can take ownership of mechanical packages from early planning through to commissioning and handover. The Role: Mechanical Project Manager
As Mechanical Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of mechanical services packages from project launch through to completion. You will work closely with the client team, design consultants, main contractor, specialist subcontractors and internal delivery teams to ensure programme, quality, safety and commercial targets are achieved.
This is a key leadership position with real influence over project success. You will be responsible for driving standards on site, coordinating stakeholders, managing technical issues and ensuring the mechanical installation is delivered in line with specification, programme and budget.

As Mechanical Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of mechanical services packages from project launch through to completion. You will work closely with the client team, design consultants, main contractor, specialist subcontractors and internal delivery teams to ensure programme, quality, safety and commercial targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full mechanical project delivery process from pre construction and planning through to installation, testing, commissioning and handover
- Manage day to day site activity to ensure works are progressing safely, efficiently and in line with programme milestones
- Coordinate with clients, design teams, main contractors, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure scope, technical requirements and project expectations are fully aligned
- Review drawings, technical submittals and specifications to ensure the mechanical design is coordinated and buildable
- Monitor quality on site and ensure installations are completed to the required standards and project specifications
- Oversee health and safety compliance across the mechanical package and promote a strong site safety culture
- Track procurement, labour and subcontractor performance to keep the project on target
- Manage change control, resolve technical issues and maintain clear communication across the delivery team
- Monitor project costs and support the commercial management of the mechanical works throughout the lifecycle of the job
- Report regularly to senior management on progress, risks, programme and key project deliverables
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related building services discipline
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Mechanical Project Manager role or a similar mechanical project delivery position within a contracting environment
- Strong background in mechanical building services, MEP coordination and site based project delivery
- Proven experience delivering mechanical packages on data centre, pharmaceutical, healthcare or commercial construction projects would be highly beneficial
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate site teams and manage subcontractors effectively
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong IT skills and a confident approach to technical documentation, reporting and project coordination
- Commercially aware with a clear focus on programme, quality and client satisfaction
- Driven, solutions focused and committed to delivering projects to a high standard
